Sultan Barquq is a coffee you are not supposed to have had before.

The Sultan Barquq Mosque, Madrasa & Khanqah is a beautiful edifice on the historic Al Moezz Street. In the tradition of his predecessors, Sultan Barquq commissioned a fine building for community and service, but outdid everyone in Egypt by landing the finest azure Sinai Fayruz laid to any ceiling. This is a master piece that still stands, full color in effect, nearly 700 years after it was built. That is inspiring.

A quick R&D spin married a beautiful Natural Sidamo, from Ethiopia with this incredible Fine Robusta from Vietnam for a shockingly fine cup of Ibrik.
