From the blessed lands of Oromia the former capital of Ethiopia, we are proud to present Harar. To source, roast and serve specialty grade Harar is to present a civilization that once was, a coffee producing region rich in tradition, a moment in time. This resurgence of quality coffee from Harar is a claim to a former glory and a standard rich with excellence and tradition, and while Harrar is now known for Qat and low-grade commercial coffee; this lot was a tough find a beautiful surprise!

This elegant coffee presents in the cup delicate blueberries that pair beautifully with notes of fresh cream and an undeniable rock candy-like sweetness. Enjoy this versatile coffee on filter or espresso; either way it is bound to leave you speechless.
