The Sultan Hassan Complex is a timeless architectural feat and historic Cairo landmark that is at once full of fleeting, delicate details to delight couched in an ever-imposing, awe-inspiring citadel-mosque structure.

At Cairo Coffee Collective, we are inspired by our city’s great tradition of excellence in every field, and seek to continue this tradition in the coffee we serve. Every coffee drinker has- for better or for worse- had darkly roasted coffee. This is our tribute to that common experience- a tribute inspired by coffee’s first capital in an extraordinary way.
