From the sunny and rolling hills of Minas Gerias comes this beautiful pulped natural yellow bourbon varietal produced by Rinaldo de Castero Junqueira. Rinaldo comes from a long lineage of coffee producers from Minas Gerias a renowned coffee producing region in Brazil and an engineer by trade he took over his father’s operation 5 years ago and has not looked back since.

You can expect from this coffee a nuanced take on a classic Brazilian profile. This Peaberry presents a unique vanilla note and layers of baked peach flavours with a strong caramel finish. This is the second season we bring back the Brazilian Peaberry based on our direct relationship with Carmo Coffees and we are thrilled to bring you an exciting take on a classic Brazilian coffee!
